Get kicked out of Breeze Meetings whenever I attempt to move a pod (V.6.2)

Has anyone worked through this type of problem. I have a user who is a Host in a meeting with about 15 people who are either hosts or presenters. Whenever she attempt to move a pod or change a layout, her computer shuts down.

She is running the latest version of Symantec and I have run SpyBot automatically and manually and haven't found any spyware.

I don't believe this problem is specific to Adobe Connect. I would suggest making sure that you have all the latest windows updates and the latest version of Internet Explorer 7. Also I would also try installing the latest version of Flash Player.
