Another Intel Mac problem has been reported to us. When trying to upload a file to the Share pod, the window for selecting the file from the computer hard drive quickly flashes on (and off) the screen, not allowing a file to be selected and uploaded.

Although I wasn't able to reproduce this problem on my Intel Mac, the solution that worked for the person having the problem was to delete the Sharing plugin folder from his hard drive (.../Library/Preferences/Macromedia/Flash Player/www.macromedia.com), open Sarafi, empty the cache, and re-install the plugin through Safari. When the person having the problem tried the same procedure using FireFox, he continued to have the problem. He had to use Safari (after removing the plugin folder and emptying the cache in Safari) in order to solve the problem.

Although we don't know what is causing this problem (and probably never will), it appears that, when an Intel Mac has a problem with the Share pod, the first solution to try is deleting the Sharing plugin and re-installing, then trying the procedure with a different browser if the problem still persists.
