If you are a member of the Penn State community and are having problems with recordings, please let us know at breeze@psu.edu. The more information we collect, the better able we will be to define and reproduce the problem(s) so we can submit a request to Adobe to have the problem(s) fixed.
We have been made aware of an issue where meeting recordings are displaying as a blank, gray window (for example, https://breeze.psu.edu/p58724067/). We think this is happening when the recording is renamed before being viewed for the first time. However, we have not been able to consistently reproduce the problem.
The solution (for now) is to view all new recordings before renaming them, or wait to rename the recordings until this issue is resolved.
We are in contact with Adobe tech support and are working on supplying enough information for them to be able to address the problem. We will keep you updated on any progress we make.

To be safe, I would highly recommend not to rename any meeting recordings (archives) within Adobe Connect at this time. We have determined it could be linked to this, but have problems fully recreating the issue. We will report back more when we determine the actual issue.
