How to add Friends of Penn State Accounts to your particpant list in Connect Meetings

I didn't find this information anywhere else on the Connect Community site so thought I'd add it here.
To add a Friends of Penn State (FOPS) user, the user first has to log into Breeze.psu.edu. After that happens, then you can search on the user with her first name. I found that I could narrow the search by putting a * (asterisk) in front of her first name and it would only find FOPS accounts.

Did You Know You Can Add FPS with the Bulk Upload Utility?
And, if the person with the FPS account has never logged in to breeze.psu.edu, or it's inconvenient for them to log in, you can use the Penn State Bulk Upload Utility (http://meeting.psu.edu/bulkupload) to add them to the Participant List. You can add just one person with an FPS account or a whole list of people with FPS accounts.
