One of our departments is having audio issues so I'm going to meet with the IT person plus several other people in the department to see if we can figure out what's going on. I've send this list of items to the users to begin the troubleshooting process:
1. Run the connection test https://breeze.psu.edu/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm (you can do this prior to the meeting)
2. Set your individual meeting room connection speed based on their connection results (do this when you join the meeting)
3. Run through the Audio Set-up Wizard (do this when you join the meeting)
4. No Internet apps running - Email and IM clients (during the meeting)
