“Full Screen” mode is a very useful tool but requires some thought to use effectively. Different combinations of the options have different effects. The effects depend not only on which options the Host selects but also which roles are assigned to Attendees.

As a general rule, selecting "Presenter's changes affect everybody," NOT selecting "Enable Full Screen toggle for Participants," and NOT selecting "Full Screen" is probably the worst combination of options. This particular grouping will prevent everyone in the room from seeing the Share pod in Full Screen mode.

On the other hand, NOT selecting "Presenter's changes affect everybody," SELECTING "Enable Full Screen toggle for Participants," and SELECTING "Full Screen" is probably the best combination because it allows everyone in the room to decide for themselves if they want to see the Share pod in Full Screen mode or not.

Changing settings in the middle of a presentation can be especially disastrous for Participants as they might end up with a blank gray screen covering their full monitor screen.
