Various moves finished

The SQL database for Breeze was moved from a single box to a clustered named instance solution. Failover time is 20-21 seconds, so a fail over should NEVER disconnect SQL from the Connect servers...and it is completely redundant. The Connect servers have also moved to a new home in our server room (a different rack). This move will, in the near future, provide a redundant enterprise network connect with TNS so if there are any hardware failures anywhere in the connection between Connect and TNS, at least one of the servers will still be up. Done with hardening at the main site.
