Adobe Presenter Quiz Manager (V.6.2)

I am attempting to add a quiz to a PowerPoint presentation using Presenter. After I have added the quiz and the questions, I get the following error message when I close the Quiz Manager:
"Adobe Presenter has encountered an unexpected problem while working with this presentation. Try saving your work to a new file and restarting PowerPoint. If the problem persists, consult the Help menu item, or contact support at..."
The quiz slides show up and function correctly; however, the quiz does not display the results correctly after the quiz has been completed.
I did see something on the Adobe site about fill-in-the-blank questions missing answers, but this was not the issue for my quiz. I cannot get it to work for any type of quiz question. I do not get the error if I choose not to "Show score at end of quiz" (in quiz settings window).

Hi there,
There were some conflicts between the different versions of Presenter, Flash, and PowerPoint. If you would please, check and see which version of Presenter you are using, which version of Flash is installed and which version of Powerpoint you are using. This will help us replicate the problem easier and identify a solution.

Try Version 6.2
I have heard of others who have had this problem with version 6.0 of Presenter. We currently have version 6.2 available to members of the Penn State community through the Penn State Computer Store. If you are using version 6.0, upgrading to version 6.2 could/should fix the problem.
