My cube mate and I have both experienced problems accessing the Adobe Connect Web interface from the "Manage Meeting Information" option from the Meeting Menu from within a meeting room. Actually what is happening is the meeting is running in FireFox, but Safari is set as the default browser, so, when we select "Manage Meeting Information," the Web interface screen is opening in Safari instead of FireFox.
There are two ways to deal with this problem -- one is to open Safari and, from General Preferences in the "Safari" menu, change your default browser to FireFox. That way, when you select the option, it will open in FireFox instead of in Safari.
The other way around this problem is to not close the error message you get when you select "Manage Meeting Information." Instead, switch to FireFox while Safari is still open and type the URL into the Location box. Copying and pasting doesn't work while the error message is still open.
My cube-mate suspects that having cookies disabled is the original cause of the problem. so turning on cookies might also solve the problem.
