I'm the host of a meeting room, but I am unable to delete old content - from chat and file share pods. The only options I see when I right-click on pod options are Settings and About Adobe Acrobat. I don't see Remove, etc.
I believe that you can use the little gear-looking icon in the lower right corner of the pods to do the things that you mention. If you click (left-click, not right-click) on this option icon, as a Host you should be able to delete content and items. The Chat pod tutorial at https://breeze.psu.edu/chatoptionslo/ shows you visually where the option is and what functions you should have in this option.
To remove an item from the File Share Pod select that item. Then click the Pod Options and select Remove Item.
Before deleting your chat history be sure to click the Pod Options and Email Chat History. This will email the chat history to members of that meeting. Then to remove the chat history, click the Pod Options and click Clear Chat History.

To remove an item from the File Share Pod select that item. Then click the Pod Options and select Remove Item.
Before deleting your chat history be sure to click the Pod Options and Email Chat History. This will email the chat history to members of that meeting. Then to remove the chat history, click the Pod Options and click Clear Chat History.
