A participant for several of my meetings cannot log in to Adobe Connect meetings. She has tried entering directly with the meeting URL, and tried going to breeze.psu.edu and clicking on the meeting she wants to go to. In both situations, she enters her User ID and password, and the screen turns gray, says the meeting is loading, but the meeting never loads.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Unexpected server issues
It appears all of these issues since added coincided with a server issue that has caused problems through the lunch hour today.
The server admins are working to isolate and correct the cause. They are in contact with Adobe and have executed everything that Adobe has suggested.
As soon as we can, we will resolve the alert. Please continue to let us know of problems so that we can address everything with the service.

HELP!!! Tried to use adobe connect for a meeting last night and it wouldn’t build the page. Tried to create a new site and got locked up at the participant screen. All sites (5+) on the call last night had difficulty building the site. I absolutely could not make a new “meeting” it “spun, and spun” for over an hour.
I have a series of Master Gardener meeting beginning at 6:30 on Oct 1 and going through the end of November on Thursday evenings. It is critical that this doesn’t happen for these presentations…. What do I do, what went wrong… help, help, help…….:-(
We're experiencing the same
We're experiencing the same problem at NK. It was working fine for us earlier this afternoon, but now the Breeze App won't load in both IE and Firefox, even after clearing cache and such. I've tried accessing 3 meetings that we use here and none of them are working. We are broadcasting to DuBois, whom can log in only under certain computers. Is there a PSU wide Breeze bug or something?
From DuBois
I'm on the DuBois side of the NK meeting. On the first day of class I installed the Adobe Connect Pro Meeting applet from the menu so that when I access a meeting room it launches a separate application that does not run inside the browser. I can log in to meetings just fine with that PC when it launches the separate app. But when I try opening it from my laptop or another lab PC that never had this applet on installed it, or if I try just going to https://breeze.psu.edu/ the status bar gets to about 5% and stalls. But so far the separate app seems to work fine.
I am experiencing the same
I am experiencing the same problem from multiple machines using both IE7 and Firefox 3. Any updates on this?
Clearing the Cache did not solve the issue for me.
Thanks,
I am having the same issue,
I am having the same issue, two different computers, both with IE7 and FF3.. tried clearing cache..
Clearing cache and history should help
The posting at http://meeting.psu.edu/node/471 appears to describe what your user is seeing and recommends clearing the history and cache of all browsers.
