Attached below is a whitepaper from Adobe that addresses how to optimize screen sharing in an Adobe Connect meeting room. The images in the paper are for V.6.2, but the information applies to V.7 as well. In V.7, the screen sharing options are found under "Room Performance & Appearance" in the Meeting menu.
