Some of our users have been having a lot of problems with audio in V.7 of Adobe Connect. When asked to run the Connection Test, one user report showed a latency of 0. Adobe explained that this reading probably means that the end-user was loosing her connection to the Internet intermittently.
This could be caused by a wireless connection that drops intermittently, a bad cable, or a bad Ethernet port. Wireless connections are not recommended for Adobe Connect meetings because they aren't as reliable as wired connections.
