Adobe Presenter not showing on PowerPoint toolbar after installation

A faculty member installed Adobe Presenter 7.0 plus the patch, yet it will not show on her PowerPoint tool bar. After installation, the "Getting Starting with Adobe Presenter" powerpoint presentation comes up, but there is no way to start Adobe Presenter. I did see a message about disabling macros pop up - could this be related to the problem?
