Power Point slideshow "advertisements"

Hi, I would like to display a short slideshow to the program participants when they first enter the meeting room. This gives them something to look at while they are waiting for the program to begin. I have the slideshow set up to advance automatically once the participant clicks the "go" arrow on the first slide.
My question: how to I upload this into the share pod? I converted my power point document (.ppt) into a power point slideshow (.pps), but it would not upload. I then tried converting this file to a .zip, but that did not work, either. Any suggestions?
Upload Your PPT File and "Unsync" It
You can make the slides advance automatically by uploading the PPT file, not the slide show file, and clicking the "Sync" button at the bottom of the Share pod so it is light gray. This will give you a set of controller buttons to the right of the slides. When the user enters the room, he/she can click the play button (the small triangle) to have the slides advance automatically.

If you want to narrate the slides, you can use Adobe Presenter to add narration, then upload the zipped published file, and unselecting the "Sync" button (so it is light gray).
