Having to allow access to microphones many times during the meeting.

I had a user send me this problem:
I was the host for an Adobe Connect presentation
this afternoon. Another PSU person joined me, and I had him as a presenter.
About 38 educators joined us as participants. Both Bill and I had a
problem with our mics quitting on us. We would have to go into the
settings and allowing breeze to access our microphones. It took us a
while to figure it out but that seemed to work. We did have to do this
several times. After the presentation was over, I went back in but could
not make it happen again. Bill, was sharing his desk top. That was the
only thing that was different from other sessions I have coordinated. I
have done sessions with presenters off campus, with other organizations,
so am not quite sure what happened. Any suggestions or tips for the
future would be helpful. Thanks.

I responded with kinda of the standard message but thought I would ask if anybody else has ideas for her.

I responded:
1. Each time you enter the meeting room, run the Audio Setup wizard. This is found
under Meeting menu, to Manage my settings to Audio setup wizard.

2. for the issue where you had to "allow" the mic to be turned on several times in the
meeting....
Under Meeting menu again to Manage my setting to Select Camera. You should get a
little Adobe Flash Player Settings box. at the bottom, here are some tabs to choose
from. Pick the one that is the computer screen with eye icon (see attached).
In that box click Always AND check the box for Remember.
Then click Close and then you can exit out of your meeting space. You should NOT
have to do this again, unless you change your microphones and even then you may not
have to reset this.

3. Bill should check to make sure his plug-in for presenting in Adobe Connect is up-to-
date, and Flash Player just updated recently as well.
