Yes it is possible to access report data on a single recording that resides on the Adobe Connect server, but to do so the recording has to be moved out of the meeting folder and into a separate folder in the content section.
well, I got the whole way down to actually review the report for the recording I moved to a new folder and bang! NOT Authorized.
I am a meeting creator but I did not make this specific meeting space. is that my problem.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks, jacki
Hi Jacki,
You will need to adjust the permission settings to allow you to view, edit or access the recording. Most times, by default, they are restricted.
