Indepth Editing on Connect Recordings -- is it possible

Has anyone done any indepth editing of Connect recordings? AgIT has done the editing within Connect but has not taken a recording offline to edit? If anyone has, what software do you use to edit? Does ITS offer any classes on editing?

Indepth Editing on Connect Recordings -- is it possible - yes
Here is a little trick I use that I find easier than using a full blown video editing program such as Adobe Premier.
What I use most frequently is Camtasia by Techsmith (http://www.techsmith.com/).
Basically I run the the recording and capture the video and audio as it plays. Once captured, the recording can be edited directly in Camtasia and saved as a verity of forms including: .mov, avi, and .flv formats.
I find Camtasia one of the easiest editors to learn to use. Of course any software that capable of screen and audio capture can do this. It just so happens Camtasia is the flavor I like the best and recommend.

Editing Download Connect meetings
I believe that the only software that can edit downloaded meeting rooms is Adobe Premiere CS4. I am in the process of testing this now and looking for other possible solutions to recommend. I will post an answer to this as soon as I have completed the test.
