About Community-Assisted Help

The Community-Assisted Help forum is the unofficial source of help for Adobe Connect, where community members post questions and get and/or give answers.

All types of questions are welcome, from the technical and specific to the broad and general. However, questions meant to generate discussion should probably be posted in the General Adobe Connect Discussion forum.

Everyone in the community is invited to respond to questions. You don't need to be a community moderator to respond and you don't need to post an answer with your question. Both questions for which you would like help finding an answer and questions to which you have found answers that you think will be of interest to the community are welcome. You do need to login (upper right column) in order to post questions and responses.

Official support of Adobe Connect for Penn State faculty, staff, and students is provided by the ITS Help Desks (helpdesk@psu.edu). The Help Desks may be able to respond more quickly to questions than users in the forums.
