I want to change my name and went to the resource page and the directions indicate that within a meeting room go to help in the toolbar and select account and the name can be changed, however there is no option in help or any other toolbar area to manage accounts.
How can I make this change?
Only Hosts Can Change Names
Your name in a meeting room is set by your Penn State LDAP account entry or by what you used when you signed up for your Friends of Penn State account. Only meeting room Hosts have access to edit Attendee names once Attendees have entered a meeting room. If you are a Host in the room, you would use the Attendee List pod options to edit names (including your own). I'm not sure what "resource page" you are talking about in your question. Can you supply a URL? Perhaps these directions need to be corrected......
